Key-Sea Koast House - Reservations

Rates & Policies

Two night minimum, three night minimum on holidays.
$150 per night, $840 per week, $50 refundable cleaning/damage deposit.
Check-in: 4:00 PM. Checkout: Noon
Your reservations will be secured with a 50% advance deposit and is due within 10 days of making the reservation. Confirmation will be mailed to you. No credit cards. No payment taken at the house. Make checks or money orders payable to KEY-SEA and please provide your driver's license number with the check.
The balance remaining (total rent less advance deposit plus refundable cleaning/damage deposit) is due prior to arrival.
The refundable cleaning/damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after checkout, upon satisfactory inspection of the rental.
Cancellations: A 25% cancellation fee will apply on cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival (50% fee for less than 7 days) unless the house can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period. Owner reserves the right to cancel with a 60 day notice and full refund. No refunds for early departure.
Cleaning: One hour of cleaning/laundry is provided per stay. It is expected that you will leave the rental in the same condition as when you arrived. Any cleaning/laundry required will be deducted from the cleaning/damage deposit at $15 per hour.
If you would like cleaning service, it can be arranged at a cost of $15 per hour and will be deducted from your cleaning deposit.
Parking for three cars. No motor homes or boats.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
Lost and found items will be held for 30 days only and are subject to a $10 handling fee in addition to any shipping costs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Violation of any federal or state laws, or rental policies is grounds for eviction without refund.
The house and studio sit on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Please supervise children at all times and stay behind fence.
